Students receive explicit, systematic phonics instruction, small-group personalized teaching, reading fluency and comprehension work, writing practice, and executive function support, working with leveled and decodable texts, Reader’s Theater, vocabulary activities, and creative interventions. Progress is monitored using DIBELS assessments with regular family updates.\n\nBeyond the Summer Literacy Lab, The Davidson Center also offers intensive test preparation programs including SAT Bootcamp and ACT Bootcamp. These 3.5-hour intensive prep sessions feature proven strategies and one-on-one coaching to help high school students master standardized testing.
