About This Camp

Mad Science of Charlotte offers an exciting array of hands-on STEM camps designed to ignite children’s curiosity and passion for science. With over 30 years of experience, they provide themed day camps ranging from space exploration and rocket building to chemistry experiments and robotics. Their signature programs include the N.A.S.A Journey into Outer Space camp, where kids experience astronaut training and build rockets, S.T.E.A.M: Design, Build, Create focusing on engineering principles, and specialized camps like Crazy Chemworks and Guts, Goo and Gross Science that make learning fun through engaging experiments. Operating across multiple convenient locations including Cannon School in Concord, Charlotte Country Day School, Matthews Community Center, Town of Davidson, and Trinity Episcopal School, Mad Science camps accommodate busy family schedules with flexible half-day and full-day options.
