About This Camp
AerialCLT offers a unique and exciting summer camp experience that introduces children to the captivating world of aerial arts and circus training. This specialty day camp teaches aerial arts from both fitness and dance perspectives, with safety as the absolute top priority. Students learn proper anatomy, safe engagement techniques, and fundamental aerial skills while exploring various apparatus including aerial silks, hammocks, lyra (aerial hoop), and cyr wheel, along with ground-based acrobatics and hand balancing. The program is designed to be completely beginner-friendly, requiring no prior fitness background or pull-up ability. Through curriculum-based instruction, children develop strength, flexibility, and confidence while having fun with aerial games and team building activities. The camp not only provides an exciting physical outlet but also prepares participants to potentially transition into the adult program at age 15, fostering a lifelong love of fitness and movement in a supportive, professional environment.
